If you have already submitted a ticket please email us to let us know there is an error. We will not pay for return shipping for packages received from outside of the USA sent in error.

Make sure your device is packed well. If you shake the final box, you should not be able to hear the device moving around inside. Your package will be returned to you in the same box and with the same filler as we receive it.Â
